2024 Outdoor Education Awards — Nominate by 5 July 24​
Outdoor Education Australia (OEA) has announced that entries for the 2024 Australian Outdoor Education Awards are now open! The deadline for submission is 5 July 2024 and NSW & ACT applicants need to be a member of ONSWACT. The OEA Awards provide a shining light on the inspiration, transformation, and impact of Outdoor Education programs, organisations, and educators across Australia. This professional recognition allows for greater recognition to the wider public on the values and achievements respected by Outdoor Educators. So please take the time to consider nominating someone here:

David Chitty from Adventure Guides Australia was awarded our very first Gold Member Award at the Outdoor Industry Summit 2023.
To obtain Gold Member level, members need to achieve 500 points in the membership portal through their engagement with activities and also refer 5 businesses to join Outdoors NSW & ACT. In addition, David has created a major impact in the outdoor industry, as he consistently connects people and strives for change for a brighter future. We are very thankful for his efforts and ongoing hard work & dedication to the industry!
